Through positive interaction with each client and by making sure our retail and reception areas stay clean,
neat, and organized; receptionists provide the assistance that our clients deserve and the support that our
stylists need. They must understand each of the services that our stylists offer and must be able to assist
clients with any of our retail products. A passion for the salon industry, a great attitude, and an extremely high
level of reliability are all critical for this position.

Assistants are always there to support our stylists. Responsibilities include shampooing and conditioning clients
and other activities to help stylists stay on time and provide a high level of service to their clients. In between
clients, and throughout the day, assistants work to help keep the salon clean. This position requires a high level
of energy, the ability to multi-task, and a strong desire to make sure every client has a great experience.
Compensation is hourly plus tips and income for each service. Many of our assistants go on to be successful
stylists. Salon Assistants MUST either be enrolled in cosmetology school or must hold a Florida cosmetology
license.
